The Vermont Public Television Board of Directors holds the license for the non-profit corporation Vermont Public Television. The 16-member board meets regularly to guide VPT's overall operation. Chair is Brian Harwood and Vice Chair is Pamela Mackenzie. Board meetings are open to the public.
