Celebrate Women’s History Month. Five women with extensive experience in the field of journalism will conduct a lively panel discussion hosted by the Vermont Historical Society and the Vermont Commission on Women. Bring your own brown bag lunch. The discussion will be led by Rickey Gard Diamond of Vermont Woman newspaper. Historian Marilyn Blackwell will give an introduction, and the expert panel, including Kristin Carlson, WCAX; Anne Galloway, vtdigger.org; Terri Hallenbeck, Burlington Free Press; and Nina Keck, VPR, will offer perspectives on the progress and challenges of women journalists in Vermont.
