Vermont Cooking School
Points North pulls up a chair in the kitchen of Jane Kirby, a nationally known author and nutritionist and founder of The Vermont Cooking School. Kirby teaches small cooking classes in a range of topics, from eating for a healthy heart or eating for menopause to cooking healthy meals for a busy family on the go. Classes are held primarily in Kirby's comfortable kitchen -- part of a converted barn -- where students get to prepare -- and eat -- what they learn.
