The crew starts the ceiling work on the first floor, host Kevin O'Connor learns more about Swedish Style, and general contractor Tom Silva lets some light into the master suite with the help of a new skylight. In the second half of the hour, on ASK THIS OLD HOUSE, landscape contractor Roger Cook helps a homeowner lay sod in his backyard. Then, Roger, along with Kevin, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey, and Tom, asks, "What is it?" Afterward, Tom shares a tip about finding measurements without doing math. And Richard installs a wireless thermostat to control a heating system.
