UVM professor John Todd is using biological treatment systems to clean wastewater. Changing from a grain-fed dairy operation to a grass-fed grazing operation. Seventh Generation is mimicking nature to create household cleaning products. Cobb Hill co-housing project has found a way to build community, generate small economic opportunities and create a positive impact on food issues.

It contains previewing activities, viewing activities and discussion questions, as well as field trips, special projects and guest speaker opportunities.
