Clodagh visits Idas Trout Farm in Aughrim, Co Wicklow. Pristine water from the Wicklow Mountains ensures a bountiful supply for the farm. In Howth, Clodagh meets Martin McLoughlin, proprietor of one of the bustling fish stores on the pier. To attract families to his shop, McLoughlin supplies children with fish scraps to feed the resident seals. Finally, Clodagh visits The King Sitric restaurant, to learn how chef-proprietor Aidan McManus prepares his famous garlic Dublin Bay prawns.
