The Governors - Howard Dean

Democrat Howard Dean was governor of Vermont from 1991 to 2003. In an in-depth conversation with Chris Graff, he recalls his time as chief executive, when issues of property tax reform, civil unions and his goal of conserving open lands made headlines. Former staffers Susan Allen, Kathy Hoyt and David Wolk add their perspectives.
