This program celebrates the artistic legacy of the Muslim world. It is organized around five elemental themes: the word, space, ornament, color and water. The film provides a window into a culture of increasing importance to us and sheds light on the shared histories between western culture and Islamic culture, revealing over time, much more continuity than division.
