Local cooks demonstrate recipes that use Vermont specialty food products. They include Nonna Victoria's Lasagna from Bove's Restaurant and Salted Bourbon Caramel Pecan Pie from Fat Toad Farm. Recipes and gift boxes filled with local products will be available during the broadcast.
