Is It Me Or My Hormones? With Marcelle Pick

Thank You Gifts

Welcome to the wonderful new world of hormonal health! No matter what your age, your weight, your medical condition, or your history, Marcelle Pick assures you that you can reclaim your body, your emotions, your energy, and your sex life. All you need is the right information and the willingness to begin. In her new public television program, Is It Me or My Hormones? Marcelle takes viewers through the basic science of how hormones affect our body, mind, and emotions. She shows us that suffering due to hormonal imbalance is simply not necessary, and she provides us with an easy solution to overcome hormonal symptoms, including weight gain, cravings, irritability, mood swings, and depression. She explains how rebalancing our hormones can help us lose weight, and how it can do wonders for our skin, our hair, and our overall sense of vitality, sensuality and well-being. Finally, she offers a 30-day plan to rebalance hormones that focuses on food, and also includes exercise, supplements, herbs, and psychological support (occasionally complemented by bioidentical hormones) so viewers can once again enjoy their lives-every day. Marcelle Pick is a practicing OB/GYN NP and is a co-founder of the Women to Women Clinic in Yarmouth, Maine. She is the author of the recent best-selling book, Are You Tired and Wired? She also wrote The Core Balance Diet and hosts a popular weekly show about women's health on Hay House Radio.
