Today's featured appetizer is a Seared Burgundy Escargot Salad with roasted garlic in a dry white wine, lemon and flat leaf parsley sauce. It's followed up with Sauteed Lamb Tenderloin over Ratatouille in a sun-dried tomato, green olive, garlic and fennel jus. Guest Performer: Lauren Alaina. A 2011 "American Idol" finalist, Lauren Alaina has been compared to Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride. Her debut album, Wildflower, is a fitting musical portrait of Lauren's personality, optimism and life experiences.
